Refund policy

Cancellation Period
Customers may cancel their service booking within 24 hours of making the reservation without any penalty.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable for cancellations made within the allowable cancellation period (24 hours from booking). Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to the original method of payment.

Non-Refundable Purchases
All purchases and bookings are strictly non-refundable and non-deferrable, unless proven inauthentic with a certified authentication report.
